🔄 Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Due to our swift processing system, changes can't be made once an order is confirmed. However, you may cancel your order within 3 hours and reorder.
How can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted within 3 hours of placing your order. After that, items enter production and can’t be canceled. No cancellation fees apply.
📦 Returns & Refunds
How long do I have to request a return?
You have 7 days after delivery to request a return or refund.
Who covers the return shipping?
Customers are responsible unless the item is defective, incorrect, or not as described. If the fault is ours, we cover the return shipping costs.
When do I qualify for a refund?
Refunds apply under the following:
- Defective or damaged items on arrival
- Wrong item, size, or style received
- Product does not match description
- Not delivered within 30 days
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Returns without original packaging
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Change of mind
What proof do I need for a refund?
Order number, photos of the item, and email history with our team.
How to request a refund?
Email cs@teenicorn.com within 7 days of receiving your item, attach required evidence, and we’ll respond within 2–3 business days.

Where do I return my item?
Our return location depends on the product. Contact us before returning anything.
How long does it take to get refunded?
7 business days from item receipt. Your bank may take 5–7 more business days.
Haven’t received your refund?
Recheck your account, contact your bank, and if after 15 business days it's still not there, contact us.
