🔄 Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I update my order after checkout?
- We begin processing orders promptly, so modifications after placing an order are not possible.
- You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it, then submit a new one.
Can I cancel my order completely?
- Yes, cancellations are allowed within the first 3 hours.
- After that, your order enters production and can't be stopped or modified.
- No cancellation fees apply.

How much time do I have to initiate a return?
- Returns or refund requests are accepted within 7 days after receiving the order.
- After 7 days, your order is considered accepted and final.
Who covers the return shipping fee?
- If the issue is our responsibility (wrong, damaged, or inaccurate items), we’ll handle the shipping fee.
- For other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
When do refunds apply?
- The item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The product received was incorrect in size, design, or material.
- The product didn’t match the online listing.
- Your package didn’t arrive within 30 days.
Refunds are not granted if:

- Order number or invoice.
- Images of the product issue.

- Include proof and explanation.
- Our team will respond within 2-3 business days.
