🔄 Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I update my order after checkout?

  • We begin processing orders promptly, so modifications after placing an order are not possible.
  • You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it, then submit a new one.

Can I cancel my order completely?

  • Yes, cancellations are allowed within the first 3 hours.
  • After that, your order enters production and can't be stopped or modified.
  • No cancellation fees apply.

How much time do I have to initiate a return?

  • Returns or refund requests are accepted within 7 days after receiving the order.
  • After 7 days, your order is considered accepted and final.

Who covers the return shipping fee?

  • If the issue is our responsibility (wrong, damaged, or inaccurate items), we’ll handle the shipping fee.
  • For other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

When do refunds apply?

  • The item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The product received was incorrect in size, design, or material.
  • The product didn’t match the online listing.
  • Your package didn’t arrive within 30 days.

Refunds are not granted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or altered.
  • It was returned without prior approval or without original packaging.

Required proof includes:

  • Order number or invoice.
  • Images of the product issue.

  2. Include proof and explanation.
  3. Our team will respond within 2-3 business days.
